Sandwich panels are building elements consisting of two metal face sheets and an insulating core material between them. They provide a high-performance, single-application solution for insulation, load-bearing, and moisture resistance.
PUR (Polyurethane) and PIR (Polyisocyanurate) core materials are used in Asır Panel products.
Core Material Options
PUR — Polyurethane
High thermal performance (Lambda 0.022-0.024 W/mK), thinner panels. Ideal for cold storage, commercial buildings.
PIR — Polyisocyanurate
Highest fire resistance class (B-s2,d0). Required by law for high-rise buildings and hospitals. Lambda 0.020 W/mK.
